Actually I have heard of many cases where women were told to do a D&C because the baby had no heartbeat or the they were told the baby is dead. For personal convictions they did not, and they went on to have healthy babies. I think many babies are inadvertently aborted when the medical community assumes the worst and feel they have to act so quickly.

It is possible that your daughter did miscarry and then became pregnant very soon after. You are actually more fertile right after a miscarriage.

I am sure your grandbaby will be fine and congratulations on another blessing!

My daughter found out she was pregnant in early Feb. She had a miscarriage the end of Feb. We went to the dr. with the clots .She was checked out, had blood work done. Her pregancy hormone level had dropped and all reports pointed to a miscarriage. In April she got sick with a "virus" and she went to the dr. they did a pregnacy test and it was positive, we went to do a blood test and it was also positve. Next was an ultrasound and it showed a very strong heartbeat.
Has anyone heard of a false miscarriage before and did everything turn out O.K.?
