It has been announced that songstress, business woman and actor Celine Dion is pregnant with Twins. Her pregnancy is remarkable and may be inspiring for other women in several different ways:
- Celine Dion is 42 years old and is currently married to her manager Rene Angelil who is 68. Her age as well as that of her husband can serve as inspiration to many women who may feel their years too advanced for getting pregnant and being parents.
- Her last pregnancy was 10 years ago, as she already has a nine year old son.
- This twin pregnancy of hers has fructified after a 6th in vitro fertilization attempt and has resulted in a twin pregnancy. Again this could serve as inspiration for all those women who have encountered setbacks in their attempts at assisted pregnancies.
- She also took acupuncture therapy to improve her chances of getting pregnant. Acupuncture is a known alternative remedy to boost fertility.
Apparently this pregnancy has been emotionally and physically exhausting for the Canadian singer who shot to fame for her song My heart will go on in the epic film Titanic and according to her husband the treatments were really hard on her body.
