This is usually the case of overweight women. Although this could occur naturally, women shouldn’t try to lose weight under no circumstances.

How to gain the right amount of weight

If you should gain more weight while being pregnant you should try to have six smaller meals during the day. It is also a good idea to always have some snacks at hand, like raisins, nuts, crackers, cheese, ice cream, dried fruit or yogurt.

You could also have some peanut butter, because it is rich in calories. Spread it on toast, apples, crackers, celery or bananas. Nonfat powdered milk could also offer you the results that you are looking for.
