Another thing that you could do is to have some snacks. During this period it is alright to have three snacks per day. Make sure that they are of high quality.
For this you should consider trail mix, cheese, granola, guacamole, whole-grain muffins, bagels or a smoothie. Keep in mind that in case you don’t gain enough pregnancy weight the snacks shouldn’t be too filling before the main meals.
