If you have a kidney infection, you might experience flank pain, fever, vomiting, nausea, and some other UTI symptoms.

This means that the warning signs of bladder infection are nonexistent, but there is an infection. This is why the doctors have to check your urine, to make sure that you don’t have an infection that doesn’t show any symptoms.
