The happy couple Will Kopelman and Drew Barrymore welcomed the arrival of their first child, a baby girl named Olive Barrymore Kopelman on September 26th.
The couple announced the baby’s arrival amid cheer and festivities as the entire family got together to catch a glimpse of the new born.

The couple’s announcement to the press read thus -“We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born September 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives.”
Drew Barrymore’s career and wedding
Drew Barrymore married Kopelman in June this year when she was already pregnant with the baby. Rumors of her pregnancy were doing rounds right in February and the 37 year old actress had been denying them until the wedding pictures spilled the beans.

Kopelman, an art dealer and an actor by fame wedded Drew Barrymore in a traditional Jewish ceremony held at their Montecito estate in Southern California.
Barrymore’s career in acting spans over three decades as she was first introduced to acting as a child and was seen in the famous Spielberg science fiction flick – ET. She then regained fame with Charlie’s Angles and her latest hit Big Miracle.
Recent news prior to the baby’s arrival
In a recent interview just days before the delivery, Drew was quoted saying “I can’t wait until I have my childrenâ€. “I just want to build fun, great things for my family.†In the past couple of months, Barrymore was spotted attending yoga classes for prenatal wellness. She was also seen spending time with her parents-in-law, who had arrived way ahead of the delivery.
Sources close to the actor and her art consultant husband have exclaimed Drew to be very motherly and Will to be an eager dad. They added that family was very important to Will and that the couple is very happy to start their family life together.
