Vaginal bleeding

Mild Cramping

In some cases, this is also one of the implantation signs, showing that the egg has implanted into the lining of the uterus. In the majority of the cases, it is somewhat like the cramping that you have before your period. Typically it is accompanied by vaginal spotting, but it can also appear on its own.

You should know regarding signs of implantation that in case you don’t experience cramping and spotting in the first two weeks of pregnancy, that doesn’t mean that you aren’t pregnant. Even more, only about a quarter of women have bleeding during the 1st three months.

If you are sexually active and you experience implantation signs then you should buy some home pregnancy tests to check your hCG and to find out whether you are pregnant or not. In case the result is positive, you can be sure that the egg has implanted itself already.
