Hugh Grant is now father to his second child Felix Chang with his wife Tinglan Hong. The baby boy was born on December 29th at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, West London, but registered the same on Valentine’s Day. The couple shared this news on Valentine’s Day and are said to be very thrilled. The couple already has a 16 month old daughter named Tabitha born in September, 2011.
Hugh informed of the baby’s arrival only last week and kept it all a secret. In his message on twitter Hugh posted ‘In answer to some journos. Am thrilled my daughter now has a brother. Adore them both to an uncool degree. They have a fab mum.’ ‘And to be crystal clear I am the Daddy.’ He expressed his feeling that becoming a father has been a life-changing experience for him and recommends it to all.
Chang’s mother, Hong is Chinese by birth who moved to Britain only in 2003. In 2008 she is said to have met Hugh at a wine bar in Chelsea. They soon became friends and it developed into a relationship by 2011. Soon after, their first child Tabitha was born, but along came news that the couple had split.
Both Hugh and Hong have been in other relationships prior to this. While Hugh is said to have dated a number of high profile women, he never married. Ms. Hong, who is a graduate in Hotel Management had a relationship with car dealer Robert Hodge and later broke it for her relationship with Grant.
