At this point tighten again until you get a tingling sensation. Hold the contraction for about 20 seconds. You should do 5 exercises per day.
This is one of the most embarrassing pregnant women’s symptoms. Know that during pregnancy, intestines are sluggish because of the elevated levels of progesterone. It is said that if you treat constipation, the gas and bloating should get better as well.
However, things aren’t always that simple when it comes to the pregnant women’s signs. There are some foods that could cause problems, such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, onions, corn and carbonated beverages. If the problem doesn’t disappear, you should talk to your doctor.
The high levels of hormones and the extra blood flow make the mucus membranes dry, swollen and they could bleed. In this case you could take saline nose drops. It may also be useful to use a humidifier and make sure that you drink plenty of fluids.
In order to take care of the symptoms you experience, you should hold your head straight and pinch your nose until the bleeding stops.
