Comfy bed

This might seem to be the most basic one of the tips for pregnancy insomnia, but you have to make sure that your bed is comfortable. One of the things that you could try is to add a mattress topper made of feathers. Some accessories can also help you will this problem.

Muscles

If you have stress in your life, the tips for pregnancy insomnia include having a warm bath before you go to bed. The warm water relaxes the muscles and they decrease your stress level. As a result you will be more relaxed and it will be easier for you to fall asleep.
