As your pregnancy advances, you will find an increased vaginal discharge. It may be uncomfortable but this discharge indeed helps in protecting the birth canal from the infection and manages a healthy bacterial balance in the vagina.
During the pregnancy headaches may be caused by fatigue, hormones, or stress. For reducing your pain put a cool compress on your back of the neck or forehead and sit in a quiet, dark room. Take some fresh air breaks, or it is also better to lie down in a dark room.
Your body is getting adapted to all the blood pumping through it. Because of this you may feel occasionally dizzy. When you feel lightheaded lie down or sit down. To decrease this dizzy feeling, do carry some healthy snacks to quickly boost up the blood sugar and stay hydrated. Hot, stuffy rooms can cause light-headedness, particularly when your body is already producing more heat. Stay cool by having some frequent fresh air breaks and by wearing the clothes of loose fitting.
Professionals do not know the clear reason for leg cramps at the time of pregnancy, but there is one theory in which the leg cramps are caused by the compressed blood vessels in the woman’s legs. Help the blood to circulate all over the body by putting up your feet when you can and by consuming lots of fluids. By this you can minimize the cramps.
If there is retention of water in your feet and ankles, it causes pain. Be sure that you wear comfortable and soft shoes while going out, and use slippers when you are in the home. Also try to avoid tight pantyhose or socks that can halt the blood flow.
