Symptoms at 33 Weeks Pregnant

During this week, for most of the time the baby will be sleeping and can experience the stage of Rapid Eye Movement. You may experience numbness in the wrists, hands and fingers, and achiness.

Fetal activity

In this stage, there will be a stronger fetal movement. Pregnant women can test the movement of the fetus twice a day, in the morning time and in the evening time. Check the time and count every roll, wiggle, flutter, or kick till you reach ten. If you do not feel at least 10 at the end of an hour, then have some juice or snack, lie down and again start counting.

Headaches

In the third trimester, sometimes fatigue can trigger headaches, so try to take a lot of rest. Sometimes oversleeping can also result in the headaches.

Varicose veins

Varicose veins are ugly to see and sometimes it will be painful, but these are not harmful.

Lower abdominal pain

If your stomach is aching when you suddenly get up or alter the positions, you could experience ligament pains. As long as that pain is occasional and you do not experience any chills, bleeding, or fever along with that, there is no need of any worry.

Nails

Because of the pregnancy hormones, there will be a faster growth in the nails but may also result in becoming fragile. If your nails become fragile, try to take plenty of biotin along with your diet and can also try the gelatin capsules which are not harmful in the pregnancy.

Braxton Hicks contractions

These contractions are most frequently felt by mother who has already gone through a pregnancy. Even when they are severe, if you alter your position, they can disappear.

Clumsiness

The bigger stomach results in the center of gravity change which can spell the clumsiness. Take it easy and slow down, rushing only will make you more clumsier.

Forgetfulness

The fuzzy brain could be resulted by the gender of your baby. Pregnant women with girls will have more forgetfulness than the pregnant women with boys.
